For my memory piece, I decided not to make it look really fancy. Because this was from my childhood, I tried to make it look like it would look interesting to a child, to reflect the mood. I feel like maybe this style is not the best suited for me, but I'm still experimenting, trying to find one I can really play with.
Yeah, not sure this is a style that fits you. Does not seem very sophisticated.
ReplyDeleteLet's concentrate on Pencil/graphite technique with your work for a while. Go a little more literal with the "problems" I present to you in class. Do you still have that nice pencil pack I handed to the drawing and painting kids in your class. Use it, a lot.
Plus, use time to create some thumbnails for us to discuss prior to you hitting the real thing.
